gitbook alternative idea and developement notes

i am currently trying to develop a gitbook alternative,
because when i searched for static website genarater with block editor i found gitbook ,a perfect gui for hosting documentation.
all other alternatives dose not contain button component. i tested mintilfy it does not contain
button so i became sad downside of gitbook is that its pricing,

65 dollar is too much, so if we built a code and sell it for half we can generate profit.
so i realized its market potential,if you google only gitbook appears first,
the probelm is that ima not good at web application.
i saw that codex-docs is similar and opensource but their code is outdated.
the code contain older editjs when i replaced old with latest version the gui became bad and not working.

so making my own thing is needed here. this is what my thought now
